Uniform

Our uniform consists of the following items:

  • A Callington Primary (or plain) red sweatshirt or cardigan (no zips or

hoods)

  •  A plain red or white polo shirt/collared shirt/blouse
  • Grey tailored trousers, shorts, a skirt or a pinafore dress
  • A red and white gingham dress for summer
  • Suitable black school shoes (no trainers)

All items of clothing must be clearly marked with your child’s name.

  • Only watches and stud earrings allowed.
  • All children need a book bag/rucksack with them every day.

PE Kit

PE kit should consist of:

  • A plain T-shirt in their house colour (no sports branded tops)
  • black joggers or shorts
  •  Trainers
  •  When it is colder, children should wear their school jumper over their T-shirt

Children from year 1 up can come to school in PE kit on their specified days. Children in reception must bring their PE kit at the start of each half term; however, reception won’t start PE until a bit later in the term. All jewellery must be removed before the lesson starts; this includes studs in ears. If they cannot be removed, then they need to be covered with medical tape.

Pre loved Uniform

If you have any pre-loved uniform which your child has grown out of, then please pass it into school and we can use it for other children. We do have a stock of pre-loved uniform so if you would like any, please see Mrs Loss or Mrs Spurr or the PSA often have pre-loved

Mapac offer a full range of uniform including PE t-shirts available in house colours. Please check which house your child belongs to with your class teacher before you order. Mapac will be sending us a stock of sample uniform sizes which will be kept in the school office. Once they arrive, if you are unsure what size to order for your child you are welcome to come in and try these before you order.

 Mapac offer a free delivery option if you are not in a hurry for your order, which is delivered straight to school. Your order will be given to your child when it arrives for them to bring home.
