Rationale
At Callington Primary School, we recognise music as a highly valued form of creativity and an exciting part of the curriculum. By providing a range of opportunities throughout school, we aim to engage and inspire pupils to develop a love of music, thus increasing their self-confidence, creativity and sense of achievement. With singing as our key driver, our children learn a wide variety of knowledge through song and musical performances, which further enhances their ability to remember more and deepen their understanding.
