We have created this page to give you some ideas of ways to stay active whilst you are at home. All of these activities can be done either inside or in a garden space if you have one. In school, we have an hours P.E session twice a week. We would encourage you to do at least one of these activities once a day as it's really important (and good for you) to stay active and healthy.
