Here are a selection of different workouts and resources you could try at home. If you have any ideas for other workouts that you enjoy, please email your teacher and we can add them to this page.

Chance to shine 

As a school we have had coaches from Chance to shine in over the past couple of years to help teach the children new skills. They specialise in Cricket and have created lots of great activities that can help to keep the children active during COVID-19. There are weekly challenges, at home activities and videos to help you along. Take a look at their website and have fun!   


Arena PE & Outdoor Learning at Home

Arena have set up this channel to support children, parents and teachers with home learning. We hope to inspire young people to take part in PE, physical activity and wild tribe outdoor learning sessions. We hope the resource will add value to all those who are involved in the delivery of learning at home.


Fitter Future

Fitter Future is an online programme that offers schools a holistic approach to well-being that looks after the physical and mental well-being of children. All of our programmes are created by teachers, tested by children and suitable for classes of any size. During COVID-19 all of your children have free home access to Fitter Future: Get Active and Fitter Future: Be Mindful.

Jumpstart Jonny is full of great fun workouts for the younger children. Jonny is very entertaining for the younger children and they enjoy joining in with his high energy workouts and exercises. Below is a link to his website where there are free workouts. He is also streaming live every week day at 9am on youtube. These workouts are then available to watch and join in at your convenience.
